We never store your code

The database keeps a one-way hash, not the code itself. Even if somebody stole the entire database, there would be no codes inside to spend.

A code can only be spent once

Three independent layers stop double redemption — a row lock, a conditional update, and a database constraint. We test this with concurrent requests before every release.

Every cent is accounted for

Money moves through a double-entry ledger where debits must equal credits. An automatic check runs every six hours and alerts us within minutes if anything is off.

Nothing is ever deleted

Reversals are recorded as opposite entries, never by erasing history. The database user our app runs as is not even allowed to delete ledger rows.

Questions people ask

What happens if I send the wrong amount?: We match your payment by the exact amount, so a mismatch will not confirm automatically. Nothing is lost — contact support with your order number and we will sort it out by hand.
What if I send on the wrong network?: Pick the network in the order form and send on that network only. Sending on a different network means the funds do not arrive at the address we are watching, and in most cases they cannot be recovered by anyone.
How long can I view my codes?: The window is shown on the order page. After it closes we permanently delete our copy of the code, so save it somewhere safe as soon as you see it.
Do vouchers expire?: Each product shows its own expiry date, and many have none at all. The expiry is shown before you buy and on every voucher in your account.
Can I get a refund?: Contact support before the voucher is redeemed. Once a code has been spent at a merchant it cannot be reversed without their agreement.
